While lemony citrus holds the throne, honeysuckle, mango, mandarin oranges, Honeycrisp apples, crushed almonds and mandarin oranges contribute in this refreshing, versatile white wine. On the long, 20 second finish a leesy richness blossoms as well as kiss of lemon bitters and almond skin. The Cufflinks white has a little something for most every palate. Imbibe at cellar temperature (55-60 F) for greatest pleasure. Matches nicely with grilled sea bass, meaty oysters and roast pork dishes. Doesn’t get better than this in Napa Valley for $30 in my opinion.“
